Night Snack
Whats a good night time snack?? I'm a little hungry now and I'm under my calories for the day so I'm wondering what I can snack on thats not high in sugar/carbs and wont just sit in my tummy all night long. Any ideas??

I'm looking to start jump roping. I've heard it works out every part of your body and is a great workout. How long do I need to do it for and is it specific to a certain style/pace? Any advice would be great.

Hi. I just joined today. I tried on my wedding dress and it doesn't fit. Big surprise as I thought I was being healthy. So my goal is to lose 10-15 pounds in 3 months. My wedding is June 22nd. I had a breakdown today but I'm doing better and looking forward to eating healthy and exercising more.
