I just finished mine today (22nd) I did a 5 and 10 K over the weekend and pulled a hamstring :( So I'm catching up, slowly but surely!

I missed this day so I'm catching up today. 35 down and 100 to do after work!

Didn't log in yesterday but I did 140 squats yesterday. I missed day 14 so I will be doing those today instead of resting!

Did them once I got home from a walk. It's a bit easier when so warmed up!

Did half on my break today and finishing up the rest now. Really starting to feel it in the thigh muscles!

Finished Day 10 and actually did 110!! Did about 70 of them with a 20 lb barbell.

I just did day 9 today!

Just finished 80! I did a slightly wider squat, I don't think it's wide enough to be sumo though and used my barbell minus any weight. It helps with keeping form and your chest up, I think so at least!

Only did 25 for this day, I will be adding the 50 to day 7.

Did my 70 just now during my break between work shifts! I know I will feel it tonight after working all day!

Way to go! I just finished day 25 after going for a two mile walk (just under 30 min!) Keep it up!

Best of luck to you! I've been behind once or twice and you will totally feel the burn when you get them all done! Just make sure to pace yourself and do them in sets!

So I did finish up day 21-180 last night before bed, man was I huffing and puffing though. Now to do today's!
