Hi everyone! I am 24 and from the UK. As with some of you I have put on weight since working full time and now have about 35 pounds to lose. I moved out from my family at the start of last year which has helped a lot, I love have more control of what I eat. Now I am working on exercising consistenly as I am a master of…

My intake is approx 1200 calories too, I'm only set to lose 1 pound a week but I am only 4"10, so I guess this is why. I hate salads and soups as they leave me feeling hungry, so I never have these. My take is to split this into about 250 calories for breakfast, and 400 each for lunch and dinner. Then everything else is…

I'm 4"10. I like my height most of the time and it makes me stand out. The only reason I'd change it would be because I'm limited in the cars I can drive
-
I'm also at a desk all day. I try to walk to the office most days but it's hard especially in winter when I can easily drive or get a lift instead! I am keeping my diary private for now but feel free to add

I'm from Hertfordshire living in Derby, I am keeping my diary private for the time being but feel free to add!

I am 4"10 with a starting weight of approx 159! I like to keep my diary private for now but feel free to add me

This looks really fun, I would like to sign up! I am actually attending a Harry Potter quiz on the 12th so the timing is perfect
-
I would like to join, my first challenge!

I'm doing this too. Am on week 2 at the moment, I think it's going well but am having trouble with the walking parts as my ankles kind of freeze up and I can't walk fast at all

Thanks guys, I feel OK how I'm doing it but was reading some stuff online so got a bit concerned. I guess I'll see how I feel as I build up and can do longer workouts
-
Had the weekend off as I was away, going to have to force myself to do it tomorrow! I'm hoping that posting here saying I will do it will force me to get it done :)

Haven't done mine today yet, but I used my treadmill this morning and found my fitness has definitely improved! I've only been doing the 30DS for 6 days now but I managed to jog for longer without having to slow to walking :) As for rest days, I'm planning on having 1 off per level, any more and I probably won't want to…

Yum :) I don't have food before as I'm usually still full from lunch, and I usually make dinner straight after
-
Well done everyone :) i finished day 5 today (1/6 of the way through!!) and already I'm feeling my fitness improving, the first day I had to rest for a a long while after but I no longer have to as much :) The thigh ones are the worst, they always ache the morning after!
-
I'd like to know too :)
-
I'm the opposite, I don't do it until late afternoon/early evening. I'm (sort of) a morning person, so I prefer to use the mornings for uni work whilst my brain is more awake, then I exercise later so I can relax after :)

I'm on day 4 today, I'll be doing it in an hour or so. Personally, I found day 3 the hardest so far, so not really looking forward to doing it today :( I really like the dvd, having a proper thing to follow really helps. What I'm finding hard is to push myself once it starts aching and not just going easy on myself, I know…
-
Wow, that's impressive :) Good luck!

Hey, I'm Taylor :) I started the 30DS a couple of days ago, today will be my 4th day. It's nice to have other people to talk about exercise as it helps keep me on track, luckily I have a friend I'm doing it with which really helps :)
-
I have the same problem, I'm usually a couple of hundred short but I don't like eating more when I don't feel hungry. Will try out these suggestions :)
-
I totally agree that you have to do it for you, not for other people. It's great that you have so much to inspire you, what a nice long list, inspiration is so important. Personally I have a blog where I post healthy recipes, cute clothes I want to wear etc., as well as doing it with a friend which really helps! Congrats…

so true :) I love things like this, it's like the 'a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips' saying.

I'm 4"10 at 19 and my weight goal is 101 (about 7.2 stone), currently 135, which is half way between overweight and obese on BMI :( 101 Seems really tiny compared to my friends, but it's right in the middle of a healthy BMI. I guess height must make much more of a difference than I realised, so it's nice to see other short…

Yay fellow shorties :) I'm 19 and 4"10. I didn't realise until recently my BMI was so overweight (halfway to obese, eek!), i'm 135 and planning to get back into the middle of the healthy section at 101. Seems tiny compared to my friends but I guess my height must make much more of a difference than I realised!

I'm in the same situation, I'm 19 and 4"10. My weight is most noticeable around my belly, so I'll keep these pointers in mind :)
