I actually did pretty well this week. Made sure I walked this weekend as I ate more greasy food than I had planned. Glad to see the weight still came off after the weekend :)

I log my exercise and then my cool off walk (which is when my heart rate is going back to normal)

Thanks for all the ideas. I even do smaller portions of the good things (no way I could give up the good stuff all together) and he just glares at me and says OBSESSED! It is hard to take that at most meals but all your support here helps to know I am not alone.

I know a great website with tons of ideas but I don't think I am allowed to post it here. But some things on it are like sitting crunches, bring your left leg up and you right arm down then do the other side..try for 100 of these. You can also do boxing arm motions while you sit. Try jumping jacks, wall push ups, or knee…

Yes get one! I love the dance central game and I pretty much do the Your Shape Fitness Evolved game daily basis because I can't get to the gym. I get a great workout and it tells me how many calories I have burned.
