Your guide isn't matching up to my book. On day one of A you have: 2 sets of squats-correct but then have one set of pushups then one seated row. The book say two sets of pushups then two sets of seated rows. Why have you alternated?

Thanks for the replies. I do agree that I need to weight train.. which is sort of what I have been doing for almost 6 weeks. Pushups, squats with dumbbells, bicep curls..etc. I started with no weight, to a light weight..and plan to increase. I just wanted to focus on some of my problems areas to tone and tighten.

I am already pretty lean. Do you think 6 more pounds would make a difference? I think I would be called underweight if I lost anymore than that.
