During the week I'll have two slices of toast with PB, and some fresh fruit, or bacon and egg breakfast burrito. Weeks I make scrambles with 2-3 eggs, veggies, bacon and cheese. Protein! keeps you full =)

Oh my god what an *kitten*! Seriously...ditch him. When I met my boyfriend I was 5'7.5" and 145, now I'm 100 pounds more than that and never has a word like that crossed his lips! People like that cause beautiful healthy people like you to have eating disorders. You deserve better!

Yes I'm pretty accurate about logging my food. I hardly ever eat out, so that helps a lot. No medical issues, just went from a active job to a desk job and gained a bunch of weight. Ugh.
