I am 5 2" an shooting for 200 at this point. Ultimately would be happy about 180. Will never weigh the 124 I am supposed to and if I lost that much weight I would have to hire a big guy to walk behind me and carry all the extra skin.............................but you girls go!!

Don't cheap out on shoes!!!!! They are the most important peice of "clothing" you own. That being said I find New Balance shoes to be really good and generally reasonably priced.....

try squats and walking lunges,you will feel the burn even if your heart rate does not increase that much.......

It sucks when you work hard and don't lose!!! Even when you aren't losing,everything you are doing is going to improve your health, and at the end of the day that is what is important. Keep at it and you will likely see some changes in your body soon. Good luck!!
