Are you or any females who you are around constantly, on your period? Maybe its water weight... My mom doesnt even have a uterus and she knows when I am going to start because she starts retaining water.

I feel like the worse I eat, the more hungry I get. I cheated this weekend - a lot - and it was hard to get back on track on Monday because I feel like I am starving even though I know that I am not.

trust me that is extremely low - I got down to that weight at 5'9.5" and I looked like skeletor. No bueno. Shoot for between 150-160

I'd say stay away from "weight loss" supplments. Do it the old fashioned way, it'll feel better, cost less, and you wont have to worry about all those awesome side affects listed on the side of the pill bottle - Is it Alli that causes anal leakage?

Dont over think it - just eat the chicken and be content that it doesn't have as many calories as pizza. Also, no matter what the package says - the calorie count is probably going to be off - I think the regulations require that its accuracy is within 100 calories of the REAL caloric content... could be wrong though.…

I've gotten shin splints every time I run for the last 10 years - tried different shoes, tried k tape - compared running various surfaces, etc etc and have come to the conclusion that the elipitcal is my friend and I'm just gonna have to stick with that.

Honestly, give yourself a one day break then go back to working out your quads/hams/glutes whatever - power through it - they wont hurt while you work out as long as you are not dwelling on the pain and it actually helps take the soreness away.

I usually weight myself once in a week in the morning before I do anything else - I feel like that would probably be the most accurate. If I weighed myself after working out, I would probably weigh a lot less considering I feel like I sweat gallons.... I'm pretty sure I am the sweatiest person at the gym every time.

I would suggest you discuss this with a psychologist, a doctor and a nutritionist.

Do you have high blood pressure? did you make any drastic changes to your diet? are you off caffiene, sugar etc? And maybe it's just your body getting used to the changes... Idk but go to your doc and ask for migraine meds - they are non-narcotic and it'll help.

I ususally have a banana and some almonds - If I don't eat, I'll pass out every once in a while. Not fun.

I am super cold all the time and I eat a lot more than that and I workout - My doctor says its because my blood pressure is so low - I am practically dead.

Those recipes are suggestions - I doubt you have to follow it completely as long as you hit the macros and stay within the calorie budget which, with insanity, I think is incredibly low...BUT why dont you just go to the grocery store and price it out?
