Why two months- like dbmata said, timing. I've decided to set that as my goal :) I can't really afford cutting calories too much and losing weight, because last year I was severely underweight and was sitting in clinics, trying to recover from an eating disorder :s But I'll most definitely check out Bodybuilding.com !!

LOL. That's my solution.. I find it SO HARD to reach my calorie goal, so I eat Ice cream with hazelnuts.. However, that isn't the best option.. Maybe try eating nuts, adding cheese onto your sandwich and eating some dark chocolate at tea?

What I like to do is mash up a ripe banana and then mix it into the yogurt.. That way you have a natural, low calorie and nutritious flavored yogurt! :) However if I'm out of bananas, I slice up an apple and dip apples into the yogurt. Berries and muesli are also great!

Of course I track my calorie intake! I'm always under my goal.. I don't ever use dressings or sauces and the only type of sugar I eat is from the teaspoon of honey I eat every evening :/ I can't afford to go to a gym in my area so I do pilates from videos off youtube, however, I would love to start 'pumping' up my muscles

Just going to put it out there, I eat VERY clean! I don't eat fried foods at all, I don't eat junk food or processed food either. I don't ever eat bad carbs and I drink 2 litres of water a day, so I am quite healthy.. I just eat too little in general.

Back at home I do pilates daily so I do train my core a lot, I guess I just got thrown off track for a few weeks :) Thanks everybody! I'm gonna go do some exercises!
