Oh right. Well I'll look at increasing my intake then. I don't really want to lose that much more (now down to 131) so that sounds like a good thing to do. I work 6:00/7:00pm-1:30/2:00am 4x a week with a 45 min break usually. I'm going to put my calories at lightly active so on those days I know where I stand (and because…

Yes I know. I'm currently trying to swim once a week and I cycle a few times a week depending on what I'm doing.. Maybe around 90mins in total. But I'm going to start cycling to and from work, which is about 45min each way. Also I'm going to continue with weight training in a couple of weeks when my gym membership starts…

Yea I agree, now switched to high protein sandwiches and salads with fruit instead of McDonald's chicken... I know it's pretty hard to lose weight at the weight I'm at. I lose about 2lb every 3 weeks but that's good enough for me. Started measuring my bf% and water weight too so I know if it's water or fat that's being…

Will definitely have to give that a try! Sounds delicious! And I'm not worried about the yolk. I just know too much is too bad, and I can eat a lot of eggs in a week! When I boil them I have the yolks though so all's good!

I have weight watchers scales that supposedly tells me my body fat percentage and BMI. It says it is 20.8% but I am unsure how accurate that is. I have tried Cottage Cheese and I really dislike it. Also I don't really eat fish or seafood. But I have purchased some egg whites and planned to have healthier omelettes (no…

That's a great idea, I'll start doing that too I think! Thank you

I began eating more because I feared I was eating too little. With my calories at 1300 and my exercise at 200-300 I was netting around 1000-1100 which is not good. Also I eat around 100g or protein a day. I find it hard to get eat any higher with such a low calorie allowance. I have 2 protein shakes a day to help along…

Yup I know, regretting the curry right now haha. Thanks for the replies, I'll add 100 calories and see how that works out! :)

Thanks for replying. It's open for public viewing now. Just adding that it's only really been the last week or so that I've religiously logged everything. But it should help people get more of an idea I guess

So what do you recommend I increase it to? I do not wish to gain muscle, just lose weight, for now.

Baring in mind that's NET calories. I eat around 1400-1500 on the days that I exercise.

My body seems to still be the same. I'm a really fussy eater, and live off carbs. I don't really have much time to plan and prepare meals due to being so busy with college and work, so I usually have to eat what my family give me (or whatever is at the college canteen) I do find that I sometimes have to force myself to…
