i drink 2-3 diet cokes a day and im still losing weight - its much better than some of the other options out there, i tried volvic water the other day (flavoured0 and it was 50cals for one cup!! =/ i never drink anything over 15 cals, i find drinking diet coke does make me bloat though when i have it with a meal but like i…

Like your way of thinking! same i am incorporating a lifestyle change but keep saying diet lol , this is how im gonna eat for the rest of my life i never want to go back to nearly 16st again!! but i will treat myself now and again but not eat the junk that i used to! lol x

ah yes mine is 1200 cals but i usually have around 1,000 as i worry il eat too much & in my jobs as a carer & domestic assistant im constantly on my feet/running up and downstairs for most of my 7 hr shift in the care home. i also exercise i use the treadmill once a week i know its not alot but i think my jobs really help…

hmm if it was me id increase my exercise and really work hard, id eat no more than 1200 calories and id make sure i dint eat after 6pm - remember you are at the goal point of your weightloss so its gonna be harder for you to lose weight now then it would of been at 20lbs to go! just increase ur workouts and maybe introduce…
