I forgot to mention I freeze most of these (baked first) and grab one out when I want one for breakfast, snack, or anytime. Nuke for 30 seconds and you have a delicious, warm muffin. There are three of us that are on MFP and having a bag of these frozen is so handy for all of us!

I started walking this summer and like "Forrest Gump" I just couldn't quit. I started with 1 mile most days and ended with usually 5 and often 7 a day. Don't forget to drink lots of water. It helps a lot! I also eat a Raisin Bran muffin quite often for breakfast that helps the day. I have the recipe if you want it.

I always have a good pinch of Vietnamese cinnamon and a small pinch of Lavendar bud. The smell and taste are heavenly. Sometimes a 1/4 C. of some berries too.

As I got closer to maintenance I was covered in bruises! I looked like someone had taken a strap to me. I did discover I was low on iron, but I also found as I upped my strength exercises (especially squats) my bruising is back to normal with the extra muscle layer.

I have also stopped tracking sugar, but I try not to eat any processed sugar. I found out early in my program that sugar made me crave more and my hunger is under control without it. That's me, it may not be that way for others, but I know my son is the same way. Fruit sugars though I eat and don't count.
