Love the face photos, especially your smile and you are so pretty there is nothing EW about you at all! You look fresh and healthy. Don't listen to anyone who says anything else! Oh by the way, I would kill for your hair!

First off, Skype does no one any favors! Lol 2nd it doesn't matter what degrees and experience your family and in laws have, they seem to have control issues. Have you shown them your before and after photos that you just showed us? You are fit and perfect and so pretty! Honestly! The only thing that could enhance what you…

I am so very happy they found what was wrong and were able to fix you up again. You most certainly are an inspiration in spirit, courage and strength. Thank you for sharing with us, you're right that it's all relative and compared to your journey mine is small potatoes! :flowerforyou: On top of your new health, you look…

Here I am again! Two days late, but will enter for those days. All my steps are counted by fitbit and I will try upping my goal from 12,000 to 15,000 although I have only been able to use the treadmill once a day for the last two days and have come no where near yet. But! I love a challenge! Mar. 1 10,001 steps

That was just mean of her and I would say she is the one wanting to take people down with her. A change in lifestyle, foods and fitness is personal and I applaud you for making the decision to change. Don't listen to others because I'm hearing a person that can do it, but it has to be you. Friends that can help you make a…

Congratulations! You look wonderful and I agree. I still chart my food, but mainly to make sure I eat enough and it works well with my fitbit. I'm so impressed with your loss and new control.

Once you hit your goal (I did in Oct.) stopping the weight loss is kind of like stopping a loaded locomotive lol! For those who haven't reached goal yet the loss still looks admirable, but it is necessary to balance out at this point and stay steady. I have over shot my goal by 10 lbs and while not scary it is also not in…

Girl Scout cookies have the nutrition data right on the order sheets and several of their cookies are very diet friendly and a couple are vegan. Enjoy in moderation.

I love Orca Bay fresh caught flounder (frozen section at grocery). Its delicious and mild. I use a non-stick frying pan on low. Rinse and pat dry the fillets and sprinkle with Spike Gourmet Natural Seasoning. Cook about 3 min. per side and that's all it needs to be wonderful.

I'll join you in a 12,000 step goal and reset my FitBit.

Hi! Asking for support is a great first step to becoming healthy! You have already started down that road with any exercise you do and any good food you eat. You are also lucky because you have a little to keep up with and to want to be a healthy Mom for. I think you're doing great already! I can always use a good friend…

I love MFP and have recommended it to many, many people. My friends on here have been priceless in their support and friendship and instrumental to my reaching my goal.. . .however, I can't afford expenses that are just for me, don't feed the family or pay the mortgage. I wouldn't use Runtastic either if it wasn't free as…

I love that one! It's so true! Hope you feel better quickly.

My grand-daughter and I both say "yay!" We love them and you sure have the body for them. So you have a two generation opinion. I'm 61 and I wear black and neon pink walking shoes. They make me smile!
