  • Hi Marci369, 10lbs the first week? That's AWESOME and I would be THRILLED to lose that much the first week. I lost 3.8lb my first week . My only advice is THROW OUT THE SCALE or have someone hide it from you. You'll drive yourself crazy with all the ups/downs on this program. Keep your weigh ins with your coach consistent…

  • My coach has me share my food diary with her so she can log in and check it herself without me having to print it. This is only my 4th day but I've found all the IP packaged foods on here.
  • I just started today and have to say, it's been tough. I really liked the lemon soy snacks. Great with green tea.
