I think the best claims are from people who have done it. Im more excited to start it because of them. I think that most people put on more lean muscle and thats why you dont see pounds shedding that much. Regardless seems great to me. Im starting tomorrow and excited and nervous. lol

Im looking to do it 3 days than rest day than 3 days. etc. So every week it will be a different rest day. I find I get tired after 3 days of working out. It seems to be a good balance for me. I was looking for people to start next Monday. It gives us time to get a group together. How does this sound?

They say not to eat after 7pm or so many hours before bed. But sometimes you cant help eating later. I think that its ok if you eat a few hours before bed. I think the problem is when you eat a huge meal than go to bed. I think it has to do with digestion.

I was a vegetarian for 15 years and going back to meat was easier than I thought. I went slow and it wasnt too bad. Eating junk hurt my stomach more and gluten especially.

Eat food that fill your tummy more and stay within your goal calories. Seems what you are eating isnt filling enough.

I eat clean, but I do it because of food in-tolerances. I feel way better eating clean. I dont feel a sugar drop or just feel like I have no energy. If I could id eat what id want and loose weight, but I cant. Do you feel better with working out and still eating junk?
