Cravings

Do you think your cravings say something about your nutritional needs? I've heard theories on the subject before. I have been craving eggs like crazy for the past couple days since I increased my cardio and strength training somewhat. I wonder if it is my body's way of saying it wants/needs more protein.

I ate some for breakfast and am thinking of eating a few more for lunch but just wanted to see everyone's opinion on the subject.

    Cravings are what your body wants. If its bad or good. Id listen to it when it comes to good food and ignore the bad food.
