Yeah and keep your religiousness off the public forums
-
THIS is something that will help the people in Boston. Not telling strangers on the internet that you are praying.
-
Its not about free speech. Not on this website. There are clearly rules preventing free speech...I think you are confused.
-
That is because there are rules set up by MFP to prevent you. Besides aren't christians suppose to pray in their closets (in private). Isn't this exactly what your jesus got mad at other people for?
-
Unless its religious based... That belongs in your churches and in private groups: 15. THERE YOU GO! that is a positive action, I'm surprised you didn't do this first instead of posting on the internet about prayers to a "god"

I love you?

do NOT bring religion where it doesn't belong. keep it in your churches, and private groups
-
I agree religion doesn't belong on MFP... Actually I think that is a rule

Hue hue hue, the one true god. You mean Ra right? or Zeus, or Allah, or Yaweh, or Me?
-
If your god is the christian god, you're right he didn't blow anyone up, but he did drown everyone once, and killed all those babies in Egypt...
-
Not changing beliefs, its just odd that this person is calling for a god, when the people who did this could have been doing it in the name of god.
-
And what if someone did this in the name of god? In this situation the world needs to just not blow people up.

You can't spot reduce. Or in other words: Your body decided where to add the fat on, it will also decide where it will take it off. You can not in any way or exercise encourage your body to only lose fat from certain areas. Deadlifts are a great exercise to help "tone" the back side. Lumbar, buns, hamstrings etc.
-
Could you not find this path of motion in nature? Pushing a weight away from you with both legs? because I sure can find it. The argument of "unnatural path" is silly.
-
Take a video of you doing them, preferably with weight and 8 reps or more, and post it here. We can help you improve.
-
Sounds like a leg press. It is similar to the squat, works nearly the same muscles, and a great machine because you can overload your muscles without worrying about your form deteriorating to much. That being said, the only thing that can beat a squat, its more squats.
-
I am standing, saluting, and singing the national anthem to you, you lovely strong woman!
-
If your lifts don't drop terribly you aren't catabolic. You can also lose body fat without cardio if you don't want to do it.
-
Yeah you can get messed up exercising too hard. Especially if you have a previous condition like this guys probably had.
-
If you insist on keeping the wrist weights (which is fine) I would recommend you continue to log it the same as the previous work outs.
-
Wrist weights. you are adding weight to punching motions and that can result in injuries. It is like running with ankle weights. There isn't enough resistance to consider it a strength exercise and the risk for injuries don't make it that appealing.
-
Cardio > aerobics > time
-
Its the difference between the "skinny fat" look, someone who only does cardio and is therefore weak and the "fit" look, someone who does both cardio and lifting and is therefore capable.

ToughTulip dang she is hot!
