  • So im thinking off cooking 4 pounds of ground beef and freezing it in portions. That way I just have to reheat it to cook. Peppers, boil then freeze in portions also. Things like that. I'm just having space issues due to all the frozen breastmilk I have in there. Lol

  • I was told you need to eat an extra 300 calories. But they need to be healthy calories. I'm trying to figure out healthy meals I can just freeze and throw in the oven.

  • I'm an emotional eater too. And the past few years of my life have been insane. So i understand where you're coming from. I normally try and do other things when i want to eat.
