Been in this sitation more than once.....very accident prone lol. I'm the same way though, I get very down when I'm not active. I did ALOT of upper body. Standing in crutches to do things may be a little difficult, but you can stay seated or lie on your back using dumbbells. My trainer had me increase my regular weight,…

I've lived in Columbus for about 6 years now and love it. I'm even going to jump on the Buckeye bandwagon and start Grad School in the fall lol. Feel free to add! :)

Don't beat yourself up.....you are not alone. The past 2 days for me have been a complete disaster too, and I just finished telling someone that I was very concerned about falling back into old habits. Not to mention, if your metabolism is anything like mine now, the weight doesn't come off so easily. I'll add you as a friend. Best of luck to you! :)

Hi ladies! I have PCOS as well, and I have also recovered from a very bad eating disorder in the past. I don't know if any of us fully "recover", but we can do our best to stay on the right path. :) Anywho, I do not have a specific low-carb diet that I follow, but I try to just closely monitor the amount in my diet. My…
