Insanity

Hi there! I started Insanity this week, and I was curious to see how others on the program are logging it. I've been using "Aerobics, high impact". How is everyone else logging it??

    I've been logging the cardio P90X dvds as Aerobics, high impact, so I'm pretty sure Insanity should fit into that.

    That's what I am logging it in as. I hope to by a heart rate monitor soon. I would love to know exactly how much i am burning. I am on week 3 day3. Good luck to you:)

    I use a HRM to get the calories number and I added each workout as it's own exercise.

    I started this week too. I dont typically log my exercise anyways. I have no idea how many calories I'm burning but I do know I'm a puddle of sweaty mess when I'm done.

    I have been using a heart monitor to get calories burned, and creating my own exercise.
