I wont eat if I'm not hungry. Sometimes I will eat a few baby carrots and celery.

I have been working out 4-5 times a week. I do water aerobics, 40-45 minutes of high cardio and I still can't lose a pound. I drink my water, eat my calories and nothing :( . So I guess I'm no help, but know how you feel.

I understand what you are saying. My SO loves sweets and loves to make snacks. He is always making me things to "try", or "take half". I'm getting better at saying no to him. I know how you feel. I just completed my first week and I did not lose anything. I do water aerobics 2-3 times a week, count my calories, drink my water and nothing. I have lost inches though. Keep up the good work and maybe you will start losing.
