Of course I'm not even halfway to my goal yet... But this is the very first day that I can remember feeling so proud of my body and how I looked!
Definitely not going to start strutting my stuff in a bikini any time soon, but I still feel victorious. ;)

    That is an awesome feeling! Good for you!

    For me right now the thing is full length photos of myself. They still scare me a little after YEARS of avoiding them, but I'm starting to like them a lot better. There was one of me on top of a big rock during a hike and I felt like I looked like a big, strong, athletic woman instead of just a fat woman. That was cool.
