the biggest thing to remember is that the bun holds almost half the calories in a sandwich from mcdonalds, if you have that craving get the double cheeseburger, but nix the bun. that's 280 calories instead of 440. you cant ignore cravings, if you have it, feed it but do it in moderation, get a double cheeseburger no bun…
