  • If that isn't as straight forward as it sounds, I'd like hear more.
  • I'm just making an educated guess here, but I think it seems that way because the Protein goals are low for most of us. So, since most of us get more calories from protein than MFP thinks is necessary, we wind up not meeting the goals for carbs...which makes the carb goals look really high.
  • Healthy Choice actually makes Frozen Greek Yogurt. No Chocolate though. It comes in Vanilla, Strawberry, Raspberry, or Blueberry. It's really good and they come in individual containers as a set of 3. Only 100 calories.
  • Mushy if you cook it too long. Anywhere between 5-10 mins for pinky-sized ones should be good. Longer for thicker ones. Then, I pick them up and eat them like they're french fries.
