I like it a lot, though I have to blend it with ice (chocolate scoop, 8oz water, 5 ice cubes) or it just doesn't taste right. I have a blender ball cup, which is fine, but not my thing. if you do the tropical flavor, definitely do 12-16 oz of water (almond milk is better) since it's more chalky--it's a different kind of…

I ate them back for a long time, figuring i needed them to sustain my workouts, and plateaued. Once I stuck to a plan (1300 a day, with cardio and weights) I started to lose again...I think it all depends on your body. I got on Shakeology, which made sure I was getting proper nutrition, and I started being more efficient…

Wow! Thank you!!!

oooh PB2!! It's really low in calories, and is great especially when mixed in my shakeology! Ooooh, delish!

Baked goatcheese! (warning: so not on the diet) Take a pilsbury cresent roll thing, and lay it out flat, cut in half and squish the seams together. grease sheet, oven at 350F place 1 square on the container, place a hunk (scientificly speaking) in the middle, and over it with the other square of dough. bring the sides up…

I love my camelback bottle with a straw--i drink like 3 times more because of the nub at the top! (boy, that sounds weird!) :)
-
Yeah, i have the same problem--I like shakeology personally, because i can put a banana and some peanut butter in and it's a pretty solid meal!

I love Insanity and I'm working through turbofire now--Lovelovelove beachbody!

Turbofire! ooh...or Insanity... Love them both for totally different reasons!! I'm a coach for them and it's made a huge difference for me :)
-
you'll love it! stick with it, drink water, and listen to your body :)

a) you definitely need a healthy diet--no good in working out if you're just going to put garbage in, right? b) I'm on shakeology and I LOVE it. (so much so, i became a coach for them)...but it's not a protein shake--it has an emphasis on absorbing all the nutrients you miss throughout the day. I have a ton more energy,…

you're adorable! great job! :)

I freeze blueberries all the time--the trick is not to rinse them before you put them in the ziplock. They freeze beautifully and with no clumps! Take them out of the bag, run them under water, and they're perfect. Great for snacks at work :)

We're up at 6 too! At least we have a little group doing it together! I liked it! Fortunately, I'd done kickboxing classes at my gym before, so it wasn't totally new-I can't imagine trying to start without knowing the moves! :) go you!

So fun! also AUGH lol :)

Yep! overestimate and take a deep breath! :)
-
great job!! you look really great!

I was in the same boat! and first off--good for you for losing the weight and keeping in control! :) If you're looking to jumpstart, you need to shake up your routine at the gym--your body's probably gotten used to the same ol' same ol'. From there, I actually just did a juice diet and supplemented with protein last week…

The gum is kinda helping-good advice! So is the humor!! You guys are too, too funny!! 20 minutes to go...and I'm stuck at the table! Oye! Thanks guys!! I'm gonna keep trying not to think about it...and hopefully not wind up with a huge slab of something delicious later lol

I've been training with my trainer for about a year and I'm down from 200--so it's not a sales tactic since I'm already hooked! I'm looking for all-around health improvement, specifically with regard the way I consume sugar. (Salt? Psh, who needs the stuff...now sugar is a different deal for me!) I just get really full…

I'm absolutely eating 1200 calories a day--It's just as a supplement to my diet and as a way to introduce more variety without over-filling. You still get fiber from the juice (it's pulpy), which is a good thing, but think about it as an organic v8 with no preservatives. That's my impression at least! It's also cutting out…

That's wonderful! Congrats! :)
