My final weigh-in results: 1st Feb - 248 7th Feb - 245 (-3) 14th Feb - 243 (-2) 21st Feb - 241 (-2) 28th Feb - 239 (-2) Total loss of -9, so just below the target of 10 but I'm well pleased with that result. Will join a March challenge aswell if it's on for sure.

This weeks weigh-in for me: 1st Feb - 248 7th Feb - 245 (-3) 14th Feb - 243 (-2) 21st Feb - 241 (-2) Lost a total of 7lbs so far this month. Need a big push this week to drop 3 to reach the goal. Looking forward to the challenge.

When watching it, I kinda get the impression the goal of the show is to promote/advertise the Biggest Loser Club website, At one point they pretty much just showed the website and went "look at the great exercises our website shows you how to do". My bet is next week after deciding the contestents aren't eating right they…

Great thread. Just started my weight loss journey but will keep an eye out here. Currently just finished first week of C25K and doing well so far.

Finished week 1 today. Went better than expected and looking foward to starting week 2 on Saturday. Might have to slow my run speed down slightly as I don't want to struggle over the longer run durations.

W1D1 is down, woo :-) Walk at 4mph and run at 6mph. And 360 calories burnt. Really enjoyed the first session, looking forward to day 2 on Monday.

Think I'm going to start Wk1 D1 tomorrow at the gym. Got podcasts loaded up ready to go and will update my progress here when I start.
