I've noticed that my diet has been pretty high in fat. Carbs moderate. I'm going to try and get more complex carbs in instead to see if that helps. I actually prefer them anyway!

Dieting doesn't work because it involves removing something from your normal eating habits altogether! That is not the way! Eat anything you like but stay under your goals and you will lose. If you get cravings for sweet things like I do then exercise is key to getting rid of those feelings!

I usually eat 1700 - 2000 cals a day and i excersise 3-4 times a week burning an average of 600 - 900 cals a session. I understand one week is not a plateau but at the same time i almost feel like its slowing down. I dont know if im just being paranoid or if i am generally sensing my weight loss halting.

Exercise has been key to my success! Not light exercise either! Hard cardio all the way! Also I like to think that a few cups of green tea help keep the cravings at bay! :)

When I was about 15 Me now at 20! Bit unsure of weight and stuff but I'm currently 231 lbs I think! And I really don't have any pics from when I actually knew what my weight was! We didn't have a scale in our house until recently! Argh! Pic is massive! Sorry! xD

I will give you some advice that I have learned so far. You sound like you are in the position I used to be in. You eat how you want, you exercise every day but it is light exercise. If you really want to lose the pounds you need to do exercise that is more strenuous which will help reduce any cravings if you have any.…

I believe that if they can do their job well then they can look how they want. It is a little hypocritical but you should get to know a person before you judge their capability or at least that's my opinion! :)

Without a doubt it is evenings. I think you'll find that it is the same for a lot of people. I would love to know what this means scientifically but I have virtually no problem in the morning or lunch time!
