  • I didn't realize what happened, I kept trying different browsers. That was the only reason I've stayed so many years. Bummer, I guess I'll look elsewhere after talking to the pals i kept in touch with.
  • I watched Dr Fung's videos and still do but really clicked with Dr Becky Fitness on youtube. She's 50's and I'm 60 and for the first time without Keto or that extreme fasting, I lost 30 lbs since Sept 2021 and maintaining now. IF, mainly skipping breakfast 5 days or more a week, cutting carbs to 50-75 or 100 and lowering…
  • I also love Team Body Project. Quite a variety of exercises and being American, the British accents are easy on the ears...no yelling or talk of bikinis, just good workouts and encouragement.
  • https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFjc9H89-RpWuIStDqhO7AQ They have about 19 if all are still available for free. you need to pay now to join to get more, but I like it and I've done a lot of things.
  • I joined and love it. I do the more advanced ones, but there is enough to be interesting and fun (love Daniel's British accent) and there is gentle pushing but a lot of encouragement and "you can hit pause" if needed. I love not hearing about getting into a bikini or skinny jeans, for me it's not about that. They also have…
  • Yeah, I have the separate DVD and he has some rolls and things that i feel are there for variety and I change. They aren't making a difference in my body or weight loss and as long as I do something similar, it's ok. I ran for most of my 40's (57 now) and my knees don't like deep squats or high jumping so modifying is so…
  • I bought the single Hard Corps DVD with 3 segments, core, strength and cardio. I like cardio and core the best, without a pull up bar (don't want to bother investing in one or trying to put one in) I have to supplement some exercises, but that's not a huge deal. I also don't like a burpee roll, so I change that a bit. I…
  • I am going to try a free trial, I liked Fitness Glo also, 12.00 a month but it had some great fitness professionals and very easy to contact and stop if needed. I also use DVD's and online sites but like variety.
  • Has anyone had trouble canceling? Was going to try free trial but have read some complaints. Thanks for any feedback
  • She is on Amazon but for pure cardio, I love Amy Dixon's breathless body workouts. You can see them on Amazon or her web site. The Jackie DVD's I had, were all weights, not bad, but I wanted HIIT with cardio or both.
  • That's what it's about. You have to be smart, push a little, see what your body will do. If it told you, "absolutely no way" you would have went to bed early, now you can knowing you did what you could and that was great.
  • I was feeling tired tonight and did T25 2.0 (no hrm) I am going to do a little strength and rest up for tomorrow. So many around me getting sick, I want to keep my immune system up Great job hanging in there to everyone. If I feel up to it, Sweat should be tomorrow. I don't think the second half of the program is that much…
  • I personally think that is up to you. I feel when you can't go on anymore, but sometimes I modify and keep going and don't think I maxed out per se. I kept going, he says do what you can, however you can.
  • I hate tabata strength, no real variety there. Tabata power next. To me, tabata is what I do with Breathless Body dvd's, 20, 30 or 40 seconds of activity and a rest. His is okay but just doesn't click with me. I love mixing up dvd;s so not loving the whole series is fine. I will on occasion go back to 2.0 Speed on T25 and…
  • Fast isn't always best and without someone watching you, form can be off an you can get hurt if you aren't careful. You have to go at a pace you find safe and aerobic. Shaun was never good at stretching after workouts and he never explains moves before he does them very well, sometimes I find myself stopping to see how he…
  • I just did Friday Fight but was very tired, shopping with my daughter all afternoon. Didn't use HRM but glad I muddled through. I did get a good workout this morning with No More Trouble Zones with Jillian, a 40 minute weight workout you can do in chapters. Everyone should be pleased with "Pressed play" everyday. :)
  • Did the ab attack tonight after another tabata workout, back to Max cardio tomorrow. I got a massage today, felt so good, used a Xmas GC. It was a combo of deep tissue, hot rocks and pressure point. Felt like a rag doll, now ready to attack those muscles again. ; )
  • I'm going to take a Shaun break today and to Amy Dixon's HIIT it Big. It's a bit longer and a change in tabata moves. Then a workout with weights tonight and back to Max tomorrow. I'll do some of the Max strength workouts but don't like mostly pushups and looking ahead (MaxOut Strength) it mostly variations of them. Hope…
  • It's funny what we hate, I like standing up moves, punching, kicking, but the planks bother my wrist/shoulders sometimes. I still will do standing mountain climbers sometimes. I'm going to do max cardio today and see how it goes. I was soooo tired yesterday after the carb load the day before. I didn't use HRM, just muddled…
  • Good for you, you should be proud!! I did a mixed bag this morning , little Insanity, little T25, burned off one dessert. : ) Hope everyone had a great day...got an Orb fit bug from someone...have to try it out this week.
  • Sweat Intervals today I think, if I want a short workout a bit later, I like doing the warm up in Insanity (like Pure Cardio) It's about 80 calories I think and short enough to get me going but not tire. I always skipped the stretch in Insanity and would do the warmup twice sometimes, I think it's a good "mini" as a review…
  • I work for an ortho office, good advice not to aggravate shoulder. I have my wrists bother me sometimes, I will do standing mountain climbers for instance when he does a plank mountain climber or standing in/outs instead of plank to give it a rest a couple of reps if needed. As long as your heart rate is up, staying in the…
  • You will, that's my goal today. I have a Xmas party at work during lunch so a lot to burn off I'm sure. Nothing like a smorgasbord of good food to pick from. I refuse to feel guilty. : )
  • I skipped ahead a bit and really love the second half even more, not much longer in duration but some new moves, different combos. I think I'll try abs before the workout next time and see how I do refreshed, doing it after is tough. ; )
  • I LOVED the second month cardio Max Out Cardio! I felt funny jumping ahead but he jokes in the beginning, You might be on your second month or just looking for another challenge" It had moves I had done before in tabata workouts but I liked them, basketball, oblique runs, punch/jump moves. I maxed out at water breaks so it…
  • I look for new ideas in meals but pretty much do what is "normal" for me. If I lose weight with a food menu that is nothing like I normally eat, I'll put it back on later. So I make better choices, eat less of the "not as good" food and leave myself indulgent days to make my Italian mom happy, especially at the holiday's.…
  • WTG, you'll have good days and not so good, but I know you'll see improvement day by day.
  • Friday Fight...I was pooped around 12 but found the moves more fun that yesterday's. If I don't enjoy most of them, I tend to not want to come back. I like punches, kicking, etc. and the end move, the abs, you can only get better. I think I'll do my Breathless Body DVD tomorrow..she does 20, 30 or 40 seconds (depending on…
  • I will see that soon. Unlike some programs where I jumped ahead quickly , I might just preview dvd,s coming up first. I am going to rotate some oldie but goodie,s in for strength and cardio to keep it fresh and not keep working things the same way. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
  • I have a small library of DVD's, about 5 Jillian Michael's, Amy Dixon's Breathless Body series, Shaun T (T 25 series) and some that aren't as popular on these sites, Jackie Warner and Jen Edwards. I rotate them to keep boredom at bay and walk fast when I can outdoors. Now that it's winter and dark early, I'm more indoors.…
