i burn roughly 550 during the 45 minute insanity ,i weigh 180pounds ,my daughter weighs 101 pounds & she only burns around 300 during same w/out , so it depends on your intenisty, your weight ,your fitness level ,& many other factors , a hrm w/be good for you to use

You can look up p90 x on youtube & see people doing the workouts & follow along , or if you like intense hard workouts, just get the dvds, It's a great workout ,time wise about an hour to hour & fifteen minutes daily

P90X OR INSANITY, both are intense , but you feel great afterwords , don't worry if you can't complete the workouts i couldn't make it through the warm-ups at first , after a year now i can do p90x , just started insanity still working on making it through it
