Also Mediation is great. I use www.healthjourneys.com and get the guided imagery MP3s. Bellruth Naperstak is the best. She has one for depression and other issues. Check it out.

I have SAD as well. I exercise Four times a week when I can. My therapist has me tanning once a week as well to help with the light. (I know it's bad for your skin but I only do it in the fall and winter for no longer than 7 mins) I am also Vitamin D deficient. I take Vitamin D3 2500 IU . I hope this helps.

EatSmart one is what I was going to order. I think I am going to go with the old fashioned regular one. I cant trust the digital ones. there is no way i went up 9 pounds in one day. haha. I am the skinniest I have ever been.

I am wondering the same thing. I do not know how to log it. I did 30 mins. I was dripping sweat when I was done. I used to have the body media fit but it wasn't for me now I use fit bit and it really only calculated steps to calories. I am 5'3 and 132 pounds. How many calories do you think I burned?
