Pumpkin "milkshake" - 96 cal

So I fond this recipe and wanted to share it with you, although the recipe is for a "milkshake" to me it was more of a creamy smoothie.
- 3 TBS pure pumpkin
- 1/2 frozen banana (or just add fresh banana and ice)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- cinnamon
- pumpkin spice
Blend all ingredients together! You can add ice and makes more quantity, I like to add 5-8 ice cubes so I kind of fool myself into thinking/feeling like I drank more. Easy way to trick your stomach and mind to feeling fuller for no extra calories.

You can add vanilla protein powder and make it a protein shake as well.
