not really =/ it always takes like the day after for the weight to drop, and its always liek 2lbs, lol. Besides, womens weight fluctuates more and easier, so you know, keep at it!

omg youre just like me! lol. Seriously im obsessed...but because of that I know how my bod responds to certain things that i eat. On the negative side, as everyone knows, theres the fluctuation. it can be discouraging. I just count the weigh ins i do every morning around 5 ish.....after i pee and get naked of course! lol.

idk, i think im used to eating smaller portions, but im still hungry, at the same time i cant eat a full 2000 or even 1700calories now that i eat sohealthy, because thats a crapload of fruit/veggies and chicken, lol. i think mostly its a mind game.

you probably need more fiber and protien in your snacks. also, try and drink a lot of water, and maybe take a nap....sometimes your body misenterprets being thirsty with being hungry. and sometimes being hungry with being tired.

I actually looked and bought 8th continent soy milk...it has 9 prtien, just as much as fat free milk, with about 20 less calories than the milk, while it has 7g of sugar, Im hardly close to my allowed sugar intake, so Im thinking this is a great sub for me. Thanks for everyones help!

I pretty much decided that I will still use fat free milk for my protien shake, but use soy milk with lunch or dinner, just because it is so low cal, and will probably help me feel more full with the protein than the water i always drink with my dinner instead =)

i log everything, even walking and group exercise or personal training, so i know how much TIME i exercised, even if i dont know calorie burn, it still helps reinforce that im doing what im supposed to be doing. and also it shows everyone else im working hard

Way less fat, sugar, etc, and way more protein! about 20g of proetein actually....yopliat yogurt has more salt in it than 2 pieces of bacon...just sayin!

i will have like, half of a 7 sprouted grain english muffin with some pb and banana on it, or i just veg out on plain celery sticks, babybel cheese wheels are great, nugo bars, or even a protein shake.

hey! I lost about 30 in 4 months ish =) anyways, just excercise everyday, no excuses. eat CLEAN. shop only around the outside of the grocery store! Also, whenever you have a craving, drink a glass of water and go on a walk if you can. It should help stave off teh cravings! it gets better once you finish detoxing, lol. good…
