Tired all the time :(

I dont know what im supposed to do except workout more? I mean honestly. I eat between 1400-1600 calories a day, regardless of working out or not. I work out at least 3 days a week for an hour. Oh Boy. I could eat salad all day long, but whats in my salad equals the amoutn of calories in the dressings alone. I ususally use wishbone italian dressing. fat free milk or something else?
I was wondering if I should swap out my fat free milk with something like soy milk or almond or something like that...it would take out some calories and I could use it in my A.M. protien shake...what are everyones thoughts on switching? Thanks in Adavance!
