  • in the past couple months i have started on fish oil/flax. the Barlean's Omega Swirl is AWESOME!!! tastes like a creamsicle (sp?). I have NEVER had a bad burb or after taste. at health foods store in the fridge section for about $20

  • i remember reading that clear is best- so stick with the clear alcohols- vodka, gin. Beer is my sweet tooth! I don't mind passing on the cake, cookies, sweets, but i LIKE my beer!
