Graduated 2008 at 160 lbs and then got up to 183 lbs. Now I am at 148 :) I still have 13 more to go till I meet my life long goal!

No its not to low. I'm 5'8, muscular and I am 148 and still have some pounds to loose. Honestly i think I can go down to 135

Ok... first of all, if you don't poop everyday then you need to re-evaluate your diet becuase it is obvious that you are short on fiber. And I am not talking about eating more "Fiber One" bars... you need more fruits, veggies and water in your diet. Don't do the laxatives... you will screw up your digestive tract.

I started buying new clothes around 25 pounds... but now those new clothes are to baggy... I sy just get alot of saftey pins, fashion glue and belts. Thats what I am having to do becauseI am broke!

How does your sodium look? Also your muscles can retain water (3 to 5 pounds) days after a tough workout for muscle repair

and actually you don't even need to lose weight. I am 5'7, 5'8 ish and my "ideal weight" is 135. That is what i have been told by my MD and nutritionist.

Try drinking more water. Take your body weight, divide it by 2 and that is the number you should drink in ounces.

OMG those things are horrible for you. all it is is empty calories and perservatives. please don't do this. It is EXTREAMLY bad for your organs and over all well being.

I would try easing into it. Start off with being a vegetarian and then from there slowly go vegan. It is very important to do extensive reaserch on the vegan diet to be sure you get the nutrition you need. It can be very hard to do and it is easy to get vitamin deficiencies if you don't know what you are doing! Good luck!…

the morning of soak in a hot bath for 10 min and then stand in a cold room for 10 min and repeat for about an hour. my husband does this to cut weight befor his fight weigh-ins. be sure not to drink or eat anything that day, and the day befor do not eat carbs. just veggies and lean protien
