Well, I actually use the work scale more than I use my at home scale, and it does help that it's lower. So, I'm going to stick with the work scale and just out of curiosity I'll check the home scale as a comparison.

Planning your meals is key. It really helps because you are less likely to go off kilter if you've stocked up on everything you need and plan your meals from Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Dinner and snack. It's always good to pack!
