My knees don't really itch but I get itchy too when I start to run or any aerobic exercise. I think it's because you're hot! I try to get in front of a fan and where breathable work out clothes.

I find that when I eat something that's on the "bad list" I have that I'll eat and I don't Care Attitude and as soon as the stupid piece of whatever is gone I feel like crap. I hate feeling like that so I'm trying to teach myself it's really not worth it!

The bathroom is pretty consistent, I did have a glass of milk last night. That could be part of it. I just hate feeling like a sausage lol. I'm going to purchase Jillian's Detox tonight and give it try.

My SO is so greedy, the man will eat all day long if he could! He pretty much eats whatever I cook. I usually just have the meat and veggies, skip the carb and drink water. He'll eat a piece of cake or burger right in my face and so "Oh my Bad" lol. But, it's all good.

I think this is the same move Jillian was doing in her boost metabolism workout. I'm just going to have to do more than she did. Maybe while I'm watching TV will help. Thanks!

I work the standard office hours as well. It's ok to snack, but on a schedule. Breakfast @ 8am Snack @ 10am or 10:30am Lunch @ Noon or 1pm Snack between 2-3pm Dinner by Six and sometimes a snack before 8pm Cheesesticks, boiled eggs, Almonds,peanuts, dried fruit, Pork Skins(No carbs), Fruit or granola bars are all good…

I'm a PEAR and I love it! It is harder for me to drop the weight in my thigh area and my waist always seems to be small. Most women want that Coke Bottle Shape! It's all good.
