I Don't know which scale to believe!
I weighed in this AM at home and then I went to work and weighed in the work scale is 1.5 pounds lighter than at home! Not sure which one to go with, but I'm liking the work scale!

To Splenda or NOT to Splenda?
I keep hearing the words Natural, Whole, non-processed so my question is should I lay off the Splenda? I put five packets in my tea this morning. I think I took it too far! Thinking I should just stick to good ole' WATER! Can't lose with that right?

Ate well/exercised and the scale didn't budge!!!!!!!!!
I weighed in this AM to see the scale actually went up a few ounces! It was discouraged and almost ready to stuff a burger with extra cheese and a side of fries down my throat, but when I thought about it I think it was because I worked out a lot and actually went under the 1200 calories and maybe my body thought it was…
