I need more Food!

I finished eating dinner and have logged all my calories for today and I still need to eat 250 cals to be within my goal!!!!!!! What can I eat that's low carb/low cal/low fat and ugh 250 cals!

    A glass of chocolate milk or some nuts would do it.

    I was just in your boat! I had a half a cup of Skim milk two slice of light wheat bread with 2 tbls of peanut butter and fluff. you had a little less then me. The peanut butter was the worst. I would say pick you choices add them in and see what bring you the closest. Good luck!

    Is this 250 for getting to 1200 calories, or is it exercise calories you've earned? If it's the latter, I wouldn't worry about eating it unless you're hungry.

    You dont necessarily have to meet all of your calories suggested. Leave room just in case the calories documented are in error. After dinner, try drinking a bottle of water or more. I say water because also sometimes when your stomach growls, you are not always hungry, it could just be that your body is telling you its thirsty. Good luck girly!!

    An orange and an egg....seriously I just read that this comb is crazy healthy for you....I know it doesn't sound all that exciting though

    A big 'ol bowl of air popped popcorn. Or maybe some chicken noodle or veggie soup. :-)
