I need more Food!

I finished eating dinner and have logged all my calories for today and I still need to eat 250 cals to be within my goal!!!!!!! What can I eat that's low carb/low cal/low fat and ugh 250 cals!

  • Fruit is always a great, and easy, snack! Kashi cereal with fat free milk with be another healthy and easy way to add those calories. Great job!
