Aspartame (or any atrificial sweetner) gives me terrible headaches. Thought I had outgrown it but no such luck. I really struggle to find suitable diet-friendly products that do not have artificial sweetners. Any suggestions? I already eat ALOT of fruit. Would love some input! :flowerforyou:

You can try Truvia. I'm trying to stay away from Splenda.0

I have not had artificial sweetener knowingly in over 2 years. I use stevia from Whole Foods for my coffee. It takes awhile to get use to, but I will never go back to the pink, blue, yellow packets ever again. I prefer the stevia from the health section of the store because the new products coming out like Truvia are made in labs.....But Truvia is better than artificial!!
My sister also gets terrible headaches from equal....she found out the hard way after being off it for quite awhile.0 -
I also use Stevia...not Truvia...pure stevia is best. Also agave nectar is really good as a sweetner. Honey is also a good one.0
