Thanks everyone for your suggestions. It's good to know that I'm not the only one who finds it hard to stick with an exercise routine. I bought a groupon for Curves so I am going to try that then maybe get a gym membership. I love my DVDs but a gym will offer more variety. Thanks again.

Is eat more to weigh less a book or dvd? How did you use it to find how many calories to eat? Thanks.

I was having the same problem. The only time I could drink a lot of water was while exercising so I came up with a plan and it has worked!. I drink 16.9 oz of bottled water every 3 hours--by 10 am, by 1 pm, by 4 pm, by 7 pm and if needed by 10 pm (that's the minimum). That gives me at least 8 cups of water a day and…

Thanks for the replies! Now I have even more questions to ask my endocrinologist in August :) I get bored so I switch exercises a lot. My main 3 are walking/jogging, doing 30DS, zumba dvd or going to the gym and using the treadmill. Ive been reading up on stronglifts 5x 5 and want to give that a go really soon. Tomorrow…

I too have trouble sleeping. I might get 5 hours but even that is broken up, waking up every 2-3 hours. I do not take naps during the day so I'm thinking that I should be able to sleep through the night but for some reason I can't. There is no extra stress going on. Great post. Question: If I wanted to start lifting and still lose weight would I eat at a surplus on strength training days (Mon, Wed, Fri) then at a deficit on the other days?

Good question. I should only have 30 g of sugar a day but a banana is 12 g. So most days I have to choose between a doughnut or other sugary snack or fruit.
