I just used my polar f4 for the first time, and they told me when i bought it that they just changed the straps. mine is cloth, and comfortable. I have a huge skin issue if anything is too tight and I have a lytex allergy, which means usually any type of rubber will give me welts.

maybe it is becasue I live in Pennsylvania, but I find the farmers markets to be very comparable to the store when buying locally grown. The corn in the market is always cheaper than the grocery. Unfortunatly, it is very seasonable buying. So, when it is warm and the crops are coming in..... i do go to the market!

I have taken alli for 3 weeks. Here is the thing, I have had no issues at all (in the bathroom) BUT...... I think with a 1200 calorie diet boosted to about 1700 with work out, I am eating about 1600 calories a day. I am on my elliptical everyday for 45-60 minutes. Today I was on for 60 and it said I burned 1400 calories, I use the imput here on when I log in the workout and for 60 min, it says 676 calories. I am more apt to believe the latter.

I do the elliptical for 45 to 60 min. 6 times a week. I do yoga once a week.

I keep a box of Godiva chocolates on my nightstand. When I go to bed at night, (i am ritualistic) I get under the covers, and grab my box. I painstakingly pick one piece, and savor it. it works for me.

I like the special K crakers (not the tomatoe ones!) the originals are a bit sweet and crunchy, which I need something as and alternative to fruit. They are 90 calories per serving (16 crackers, I think) I also love animal crackers. they are 120 calories per 16 crackers.

I would eat before you go, that way, you won't be as hungry for high fat foods. also, work out a bit extra that day. good luck! I am staying right inside my box so no one can offer me food....... for now!

yep. i walk around with a bag of baby carrotts. they seem to help. although, nothing helps like chocolate, unfortunately.
