less weight = more calories burned?
I just reset my hear rate moniter with my new weight. Went at the same run this morning, and burned more calories. Does weighing less make you burn more calories, or am I excited for nothing?

my scale broke!
I was an obessive weigher! this weekend I let my 9 year old have a bath in my giant tub, and she got so much water out of the tub that she litteraly drowned the scale. now I have none. I think this is a good thing, but I do need to replace her soon. Any suggestions? I hope the new scale and the old one agree!

Why is it?
I work out every day on my elliptical. I do use a heart rate moniter. It seems the longer (number of days) I use the machine, the less calories I burn while using it. Two weeks ago, I was on for 75 minutes and burned 680 calories (according to my HRM), today, the same amount of time burned only 535. Why the big difference?

I have been on MFP for a month, but have lost about 20 pounds since I started this journey. I have a problem now....... my bras are too big. Good Riddence girls! You were ALWAYS in the way. I cannot remember if it is salt or potassium that helps them after working out? I drink at least 30oz of water while working out and I get them in my feet after I am done and doing my stretching. Any suggestions?

when you register, you have to provide a credit card number. If you don't loose the weight, and you have to prove it with pictures of a scale........ wait for it..... wait for it........ they charge you per pound on your card! I'm thinking I don't need that kind of motivation yet.
