Zelda, Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog when I was pretty young, and I kind of got out of video games. Until 4 or 5 years ago when I was introduced to World of Warcraft. I'm no longer playing that now, but I've pretty much been a gamer ever since.

I found a cool app on my iPhone called "5k Trainer for Pink." It's free! It has you running three days a week. The first week starts you out very nice, 5 min warm up followed with 60 sec running 90 sec of walking. It repeats that until the last 5 minutes, then your cool down begins :) Then the following weeks build you up…

I jogged 2 laps without stopping this morning, even though I wanted to stop so bad! A year ago I couldnt even jog half of just one lap! : ) Yay!
