  • I love eggs, especially over medium with the yolk still runny. Though to be honest, I hate egg whites, they only exists to hold the yolk. I need to make some hard boiled eggs to bring to work, I have a lot of trouble getting enough protein, since I only eat two eggs in the morning.
  • When I stay true to IF, it works, I would lose 10lbs a month doing it, when I don't practice it, my weight loss slows down considerably. What works for me is skipping dinner, I brush my teeth when I get home and spend the night drinking tea. I like my eggs and coffee in the morning, so I'm keeping it. Dinner is a meal I…
  • http://i559.photobucket.com/albums/ss31/topazora/before-after_zps53b6df0c.jpg 220lbs to 180lb I still got quite a ways to go. But it was all caloric deficit and very small to no dinners. I actually do lose a lot of weight when i skip dinner over long periods of time. But I did this, eating both healthy and unhealthy foods.…
  • I've always been cold, I think it has more to do with my blood pressure than it does with the amount of fat I have.
  • I try to make my biggest meal lunch time, so I don't eat or eat very little in the evening.
  • if the cookies fit into your macros, you should be fine. We humans get energy from just about any food. Besides, I bought four boxes of cookies (2 samoas, 2 thin mints and a tagalong) a week ago- maybe? And I'm only down one box....... mmmmmmm I need to buy more
  • I wouldn't give up alcohol, but then I don't drink that much to make a difference. It was like I gave up soda to loose weight, and didn't lose weight (though, I don't drink soda anymore). If I want beer or wine, I'll make it fit into my calorie allowance. I see no reason to give it up.
  • bananas are delicious and they make everything else delicious! They also do wonders for green smoothies- and I really should add them to my veggie muffins or something. Seriously though, **** anyone that tells you to not eat bananas to loose weight, any fruit is good fruit. So enjoy.
  • Cold showers do not make of a difference in weight loss. The only good thing about cold showers is less water usage. You're not running the water as long for it warm up (this is especially true for low-flow shower heads). If you want to use lower body temperature to lose weight, I think you're better off finding an…
  • Eating clean is just making sure you have a varied and balanced diet: fruit, veggies, lean meats, complex carbs... and leaving out all the processed foods like mac'n'cheese and ramen. But that should only be a concern if you want healthy skin, hair, longevity and **** like that. If you want to lose weight, just watch how…
  • when I started my job six months ago, I exercised less and so I had to cut my calories and my weight loss came to a stop. I think maybe my body didn't appreciate the lack of movement and cutting of calories. Now I'm going to the gym to make up for the fact that I'm no long going on 2 hour walks with my mom's dog.
  • I've never noticed weight loss when I cut out soda. I just stopped drinking soda because its too sweet and I hate the bloated feeling it gives me. But I'll still drink beer, since after one bottle, I don't care how bloated I am.
  • I'm losing weight for me, I'm losing weight because I want to get into the military and take advantage of any opportunity that will open up for me if I took the risk to join. I've always had people tell me, don't wait, go for what you want, and if something is in the way, take care of it. I want something, and my weight is…
  • look at it this way: the reason you're working on cardio and dieting is because you don't like the way you look all the time. Looking silly or stupid while doing cardio only lasts for 15 minutes- maybe an hour. And yet, those few minutes will make you look and feel better than you do now, right? I think 15 minutes of…
  • I'm glad you found a diet that works for you and helps you live a better quality of life. I hope the best for you.
  • never too much peanut butter
  • I like how going low carb makes me feel and how it makes it easier to remain at a caloric deficit. At the moment, my job is making my days sedentary, so I limit my carbs and try to limit it to veggies, some fruit and a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. When I do go to the gym, I give myself a higher carb allowance, and I…
  • Be careful when it comes iron and calcium. They both compete for the same cell receptor. When getting your iron, eat something with vitamin C, vitamin C actually helps the iron get absorbed. So if you're having a spinach salad, try adding orange to it.
  • flavored coffee creamer, sometimes sugar in the raw and dry fruits.
  • i normally have two whole fried eggs with coffee, though I should probably something else, but my breakfast calories seem to be too low. Maybe add a small bowl of oatmeal?
  • A salad I really like to make and just makes me feel good is spinach, spiced tuna and avocado. Really yummy for me. I know not every one loves avocado, but I hate salad dressing and needed something to replace to make the salad taste better.
  • I exercise so I can eat more calories. I enjoy eating foods like pizza and cheap chinese, and wash it down with a good beer. Can't do that if I haven't hit the gym.
  • raw spinach, mostly steamed broccoli.
  • during the weekdays before work, I'll prelog what I'm bringing for lunch, it really helps me out.
  • nope, I plan on pigging out. Besides, it'll take longer for me to log anything, because I'm not sure about the calories in homemade food- like bread. So, all I'm going to do is put in the quick calories: 1200 and leave it at that. I alway get back onto the diet right after, and I'm dieting before. I've been low carbing it…
  • overpriced crap food that essentially low cal and small portions and can be done for cheaper with real food. And their eggs are crap and so are their soups. And they gave me digestion problems. I can't believe I wasted my money with them. There's no reason for me to pay $400 a month, when I can do just a little research on…
  • I'm trying to do low carb, high fat and high protein, while still doing 1200 calories a day. Since the holidays are horrible for my will power (I have none- I want my spiked pumpkin pie dammit). I need to do a little extra to loose weight, especially during times of lots of eating with friends and family.
  • Just one? You have amazing will power, seriously. I have to not eat candy at all so I don't inhale the entire package. Sometimes, I just need chocolate and that can get dangerous, I try to go for the healthier alternatives, like dark chocolate covered fruit- which are awesome- but the bad stuff just tastes way too good…
