it's always worked for me, I have my light dinner at 4pm, no later, and weight loss is easier. Whenever I don't do it, my weight loss stalls. But I prefer breakfast to dinner anyway.

milk shakes and soda, now milk shakes just make me sick and I don't like how soda makes me feel. Which is a bummer when it comes to milk shakes though, there's a Blue Moon beer milk shake at Red Robin (at least I hope they still have it), and I'd love to try it, but I might wuss out and just get the beer.

I've pigged out on roasted almonds every once in awhile and it never made made me gain weight. If anything, it probably helped me from pigging out on snacks that would have an effect. So enjoy!!

as someone who doesn't like cottage cheese, but am desperate to find some good protein sources, I'll actually use it to mix with tuna or hard-boiled eggs and I don't notice the cottage cheese as much if at all.

I love eggs, my go-to for a quick protein. I have three every morning with a cup of coffee, and when I decide to have them hard boiled, I usually mix it with cottage-cheese and it tastes really good.

I don't, but I try to. I always want to make sure to know what my body is doing. If I don't weight myself everyday, its very easy for me to lose track and mess up. Its sort've a way to make sure I'm following through on my diet.

I try to make it a point to plan my day out, I find it's a lot easier to stay within my calories when I plan it out and portion my foods right. I like to eat spontaneously too, but that only ends up with weight gain for me :(

I went bohemian for awhile, since it was winter and my pits and legs are usually covered. But after awhile, the arm pits especially, start to get smelly and kinda itchy- so I use nair for the arm pits and legs. I hate shaving, especially when I miss spots. I want to get lasered, just get rid of it. Is it expensive?

Its just another way to achieve calorie deficit. Skipping dinner works for me really well.
