  • I just recently started actively working to stop my binge eating, so for now I'm going with total avoidance of trigger foods. Maybe once I get to a point where I haven't binged in a while (6 months?) I'll try trigger foods in moderation. Since I'm still in the beginning of my journey I'm not sure.
