I work Midnight to 8am and have been working this shift for most of the past 6 years.

Im in. I may not be able to do very long workouts but I will try to do some kind of dedicated workout everyday aside from outside time with my boys.

I work 12am-8am. My boss and I don't actually eat during our shift. we drink water and tea and usually bring a green smoothie (kale, spinach, cucumber, kiwi, green apple and chia is our go to) but no full meals. truth be told we don't usually finish our smoothies, we just take a swig or two when we are feeling hungry and…

depends on the type of pasta. Generally pasta is made with eggs which are an animal bi-product, but some companies like Barilla make vegitable pasta which is 100% vegan. Its also super cheap.
