  • I believe calories have nothing to do with your results....what you have to count is your fat, carbs and protein. I would research micronutrients and start trying based on your findings.   • I workout on an empty stomach always.......it works for me. Try it, I don't think their is any benefit to working out on an empty stomach but see if it works for you. :)
  • Do not stop your strength training, people who try to lose weight and do not do strength training end up skinny fat. That's a slender body with not much muscle mass.....it is not pretty at all.
